I ventured forth for an all nighter, like a millennial might, to photograph the Milky Way with the Bodie Island Lighthouse. My old bones are still paying for that. This image doesn't reflect the Milky Way, but looks pretty cool in the pre-dawn light, on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
